We are located at Vats Cottage, which is house number 490 in Ghewra. It’s a village and post office area on the outskirts of Delhi. The air feels a little bit cleaner out here compared to the middle of the city. We do our engineering and infrastructure work from this spot. Being right near the post office is actually quite handy for sending out our documents and plans. The office isn't a high-rise building; it’s just a simple cottage that we use for our planning and for storing some of our equipment. Most of our projects are either right here in the local area or in the nearby districts. The roads around Ghewra can be a bit rough, especially when it rains a lot and things get muddy. We have been working out of this cottage for a long time now. It’s a small community where everyone knows each other, so finding us isn't hard. We don't bother with any fancy marketing or commercials. Most of the people who hire us have seen our work on other buildings or roads nearby. We have a small team of guys who do the site visits and handle the technical bits. It’s a very practical way to run things. We stay pretty busy with the local construction needs and just keep our heads down while we work through our daily tasks.
