If you are looking for our Delhi branch, you will find us on the second floor of A-345 in Dreawal Nagar. We are quite close to Model Town-2, which is a busy area to be in. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep, but once you are up here, it is a decent place to work. We spend most of our time dealing with carriers and making sure loads are picked up on time. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the trucks are delayed because of traffic on the ring road, and other times there are issues at the warehouse. We just deal with it. Our team is small, and we have all known each other for years, so we work well together even when things get a bit chaotic. We don't go in for all those fancy business meetings; we usually just talk across our desks to get things sorted out. Being in the transport business in Delhi means you never really have a quiet day. There is always someone calling about a delivery or a driver needing directions. We keep our logs on the computer but still have plenty of notebooks lying around for quick notes. It is a practical way of working that suits us. We’ve been at this for a long time now and have seen the city change quite a bit from this office window. We just keep our heads down and work.
