Our clinic is located over in Mangolpuri, specifically at F-1/202-203. We are really close to the D Block Bus Stand, so you can see the big buses pulling in and out all day. It’s a very active part of the neighborhood. Having two units like 202 and 203 gives us a bit more room to breathe, but it still gets crowded when a lot of people show up at once. There’s always a bit of dust from the main road, but we try to keep the inside as tidy as possible. We’ve got benches for people to sit on while they wait their turn. You can hear the sounds of the street, the vendors, and the bus engines while you’re inside. It’s just the reality of being in this part of Delhi. We spend most of our time talking to patients and writing out prescriptions. The team here is small and we’ve been working together in Mangolpuri for quite some time now. We don't have any fancy uniforms or corporate rules. We just treat people like neighbors because they usually are. Sometimes we stay late when there are more people waiting than we expected. It’s a busy life, but it's just the way it is being in the middle of everything. We aren't a big hospital, just a local doctor’s spot where people can come for help. The day starts early and usually ends quite late, but we just keep at it.
