Dr Mridu Gupta Ayurveda Healthcare Clinic is situated at B-100 Pundrik Vihar in Pitampura. We are right in the middle of a residential block, so it is a very peaceful spot compared to the main roads of Pitampura. The clinic is basically a part of the house at B-100, which gives it a very personal and local feel. When you walk in, you can often smell the different herbs and oils used in Ayurveda. It is not like a sterile white hospital; it is much warmer and more casual. Dr Mridu Gupta spends a lot of time talking to people about their health and how they are feeling. The waiting area is just a few chairs in a small room, and we have some jars of herbs and books on the shelves. People from Pundrik Vihar often just walk over for their appointments. It is a simple life here, where we focus on natural ways of staying healthy. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks or you can hear children playing outside, but that is just part of being in a neighborhood clinic. We don't have a big fancy website or a receptionist in a uniform. It is just us in Pitampura, helping people out with traditional healthcare in a way that makes sense for our community. We keep our own records and manage everything ourselves.
