Dlf Laing O'Rourke India Ltd

Our office is located at T-1015 in Mangol Puri. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and being here puts us right in the middle of everything. We represent Dlf Laing O'Rourke India Ltd, though you wouldn't necessarily know it just from looking at the building from the outside. It's just a functional space where we handle the daily grind. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it's a lot of phone calls and checking on various construction updates. The staff here has a good mix of experience, and some of the guys have been in the industry for decades. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered in maps and project timelines. We like being in Mangol Puri because it feels grounded. You step outside and there’s the real world, which helps when you’re dealing with physical building projects. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines approach, but we just buckle down and get through it. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and putting in the hours. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the local rhythms. It works for us, and it keeps the company moving forward without too much fuss. We just try to be practical and solve issues as they come up.
