We are located over in Jahangirpuri, right at House No. 1489-90 in A Block. It’s a busy part of Delhi, as anyone who lives nearby knows. Dlf Laing O Rourke (I) Ltd. operates out of here, and it’s mostly a mix of paperwork and coordinating with our crews. Narender Kumar House is where we set things up. It isn’t a shiny corporate tower, just a practical spot in the middle of a real neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of our projects around the city. The streets outside are always crowded, so getting materials in and out takes some real planning. We’ve got a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It isn’t always quiet here, but we get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep moving. It feels like a real local operation because it is. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren’t here to impress anyone with big speeches or flashy brochures. We just handle the tasks as they come.
