Devsankalp Foundation For Social Excellence

Devsankalp Foundation for Social Excellence is located in Rohini, specifically in Sector 13. We are at House No-102 in the Agroha Apartments. It’s a nice enough area in North West Delhi, and we’ve been here for a while. The name sounds a bit formal, but we are actually just a small group of people working from an apartment. We didn't want to be a big, faceless organization. We wanted to be somewhere people could actually reach us. Most of our work is about helping out in the local community. We deal with all sorts of social issues that come up. It’s not always easy and sometimes we get frustrated when things don't go as planned. But we keep at it because we live here too. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak our minds and try to be helpful. The apartment can get pretty full when we have meetings, but there is always a cup of tea for whoever stops by. We’ve learned a lot about our neighbors since we started this. It’s been an eye-opening experience for all of us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local foundation trying to do some good in Rohini. It’s simple, really.
