You’ll find us in Mangolpuri, right in the N Block area near the police station. Our address is N-695, and it’s a busy part of North West Delhi. The neighborhood is always alive with people and small businesses, so it’s never quiet around here. We handle import and export work, which mostly involves sitting at desks and coordinating with different agencies. Our office is pretty simple. We have the usual stuff—desks, a couple of old computers, and stacks of ledgers. Being near the police station makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited before. The space is a bit small, especially when we have a lot of samples or documents coming in at once. We don't worry too much about having a polished look. We care more about making sure the entries are correct and the cargo is moving. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve got a small group of people working here who’ve been together for a while. We know each other’s habits and how to get things done even when things get hectic. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the demands of the trade world without making things more complicated than they need to be. There’s always someone coming by with a delivery or a question, so it stays interesting for us.
