We are set up over in Pitampura at the Aggarwal Prestige Mall. Unit 203 is our little corner of the building. It’s on Road 44, which stays pretty active most of the day. Working out of a mall is actually quite handy because everything is close by. Dev Infrastructure And Constructions Private Limited has been based here for a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to vendors on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination. The mall gets quite crowded on the weekends but during the work week, it's a decent place to get things done. We don't have a giant team, just some dedicated folks who know the construction business well enough to keep projects moving. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations. We usually just sit down, look at what needs doing, and figure out the steps to get there. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. Being in North West Delhi means we can reach most of our sites fairly quickly. We keep our files organized and our coffee pot full. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We like the local vibe of Pitampura. There are plenty of good spots to grab a quick lunch nearby. That’s basically how we operate, just one day at a time.
