DEOSHRI URBAN NIDHI LIMITED is located at House No 20 in Prem Nagar Phase 2. This is in the Delhi area. We don't have a fancy office building or a shop in a mall. We just work out of this house. It is a very practical setup for a small Nidhi company like ours. We have one main room that we use for all the business. There is a large table where we spread out the ledgers and a few chairs for when members come by to make their deposits. Prem Nagar Phase 2 is a very crowded residential area. There are houses all around us and the streets are quite narrow. Most of our members are just people from the next street over. They like that they can just walk to us in five minutes. We keep the paperwork very simple. Everything is written down in big registers. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment. Just a phone and a calculator. We handle small loans and savings accounts for the local families. We are not interested in becoming a huge company. We just want to provide a service to the people we know. It is a quiet way of doing business. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don't have any business to do. That is the kind of place this is. We are just part of the local fabric here.
