Our place is at A2 718 in the Resettalment Colony in Puri. It is in Delhi 110042, right here in India. Working for Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corpn. Ltd. out of this location is quite an experience because the colony is always full of life. There are kids playing outside and people always moving about. The office itself is tucked away in a spot that might be hard to find if you aren't from around here. We handle a lot of the local industrial needs and development tasks that affect the people living nearby. It is not a very quiet job. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. We have a few desks, some old fans that hum, and stacks of documents that never seem to get smaller. People from the colony often drop in to ask about work or just to see what is happening with the new projects. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when there is a lot to do at once. The heat in the summer makes it tough, but we have our routine and we stick to it. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just the basic work that needs doing for the corporation. It feels like we are part of the local community since we see the same faces every single day. It is just a regular office doing regular work in a busy part of Delhi.
