Degussa Construction Chemicals is located in the Mangol Puri area of New Delhi, specifically at T-596. Mangol Puri is a very busy, industrial sort of place. It’s loud, crowded, and there is always something moving. Our building is right in the thick of it. We deal with construction chemicals, so being in a place where people are actually building things and moving materials makes sense for us. The 110083 area is quite different from the fancy parts of the city. It’s a place for hard work. Our office is pretty functional, nothing fancy at all. We have desks, some storage, and a lot of samples lying around. The dust from the street usually finds its way in, no matter how much we clean. We spend our days talking to contractors or managing the stock we have. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby vendor. The traffic in Mangol Puri can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we all try to wrap up and head out before it gets too jammed up. It is a gritty place but it has a lot of energy. We have been here for a good while and we know the rhythms of the street. It is just a practical spot for a practical business. No more, no less. There isn't any polished lobby or expensive furniture, just the tools and the space we need to keep things moving forward for our customers.
