Our office is at House No. 2, Block G Pkt-17, Sec-15 in Rohini. Dalroti Agro Tech Private Limited is run out of this house. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have a few desks set up in what used to be the living room. There are books and papers on almost every surface. We work on various agro tech projects for local farmers. It’s a quiet street in Rohini, which we like. You can hear the birds in the morning before the traffic picks up. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a place where we get our work done. The team is very small, just three or four of us. We share the work and don't have many formal meetings. We usually just talk while we are working. Sometimes we have tea on the small porch outside. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some basic computers and our phones. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound important. The name Dalroti is about the basics of life, and that’s how we run things. We are honest about what we can do and what we can't. It’s a steady job and we like being in this part of town. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through orders.
