Cyfer Fitness Academy Private Limited is up on the second floor of House No. -23 in Block GD, Pitampura. We’re right by the PPR landmark, so we aren't too hard to find if you know the area. It’s a decent-sized space for an academy. We spend most of our time looking at training routines and talking about health stuff. It’s not one of those fancy gyms with neon lights and loud music playing all day. We’re more focused on the learning side of fitness. The office is usually full of books and charts. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors and a lot of tea and coffee gets drunk here while we’re working. Being in North East Delhi means it gets pretty busy around here, but once you climb the stairs to the second floor, it’s a bit calmer. We started this because we realized people needed a place to actually learn the right way to do things, not just lift weights. It’s a practical business. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it’s just one of us who happens to be free when the door opens. We keep things pretty casual. It’s just a group of us who know a lot about fitness trying to run a decent academy in Pitampura. We stay busy, and we like the work we do.
