We are based in Delhi at the PP Trade Centre, which is shop number 131 on the first floor. This is right in the Netaji Subhash Place Complex, often just called NSP by everyone around here. Our shop is located right above Kalyan Jewellers, so that is the easiest way to find us. NSP is a massive place with lots of buildings and people, so it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. There are always people milling around the food courts and the offices. We’ve been in this unit for some time now and it’s a decent size for what we do. The elevator in the trade centre can be a bit slow during lunch hours, so sometimes we just take the stairs. It’s a very urban environment, with glass buildings and lots of concrete everywhere. Inside our shop, things are pretty straightforward. We have our files and our computers and we spend the day handling whatever comes our way. It gets very busy on the weekends when people are out shopping and eating in Pitampura. We like the energy of the complex even if it gets a bit noisy sometimes. Above the jewelry store is a good spot because everyone knows where that is. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
