Country Fitness

So, we are located right in Vardhman Prime Plaza. If you know the Bn Block Market in Shalimar Bagh East, you have probably seen our sign. We are near Ever Bake, which is actually a bit of a problem sometimes because the smell of fresh bread comes drifting in while people are trying to run on the treadmills. It makes everyone really hungry. The gym itself is not huge, but we crammed enough equipment in here to get the job done. I usually spend my mornings reorganizing the weights because people always leave them in the wrong places near the racks. The light in the back corner flickers sometimes, and I keep meaning to get a taller ladder and fix it. Living and working in Delhi means it is always busy outside, so it is nice to have this space. It is mostly just people from the neighborhood who come by. We know most of the names of the folks who walk in. Country Fitness is just a straightforward place. We have some fans and an old AC unit that hums a lot when it is hot. My brother helps out with the cleaning on the weekends. Sometimes the lift in the plaza is slow, so people take the stairs, which I guess is just extra exercise. We do not have fancy juice bars. Just some benches and a few cardio machines that have seen better days but still work just fine.
