We run the Consortium For Medical Research & from Jai Apartment in Sector-9, Rohini. It’s unit number 180. If you’ve been to North West Delhi, you probably know the area is mostly residential. Being in an apartment building means it’s relatively quiet, which is good for the research work we try to keep up with. We’ve been here in Delhi 110085 for quite a long stretch. The space is filled with files and some old desks. It feels more like a home office than a big institution. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just answers the door if someone knocks. The neighbors are nice enough, mostly families who have lived here for years. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area when we need to discuss a new project. It’s a practical setup for us. Rohini has everything we need close by, so we don’t have to travel far for supplies or food. We spend a lot of time reading and looking through data on our screens. It's not the kind of place with a lot of foot traffic, which we like. It lets us focus on the medical research side without too many distractions. The 180 Jai Apartment address has been our base for a long time. It’s just a regular place where regular work happens every single day of the week.
