We are located right in the middle of the Community Market at Shop S/252. It can be a bit of a maze back here with all the different stalls, but once you find Cloudtroopers, it is easy to remember the way. The market is always loud and full of energy, which we have grown to enjoy over the months we have been here. We do business solutions, which usually means we help other local shops and small companies with their technical issues or back-end systems. It is a pretty tight space, often filled with random wires and some extra monitors that we have not found a permanent home for yet. We do not have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, you will just see one of us hunched over a keyboard or talking to a customer about their computer setup. It is definitely not a corporate environment. We mostly wear jeans and drink a lot of tea while we work through the daily list of chores. Being in the market is great because we are right in the thick of things. If someone’s system breaks down, they just walk right in and tell us about it. We do not have any big slogans written on the walls. We just fix what needs fixing and set up what needs setting up. Cloudtroopers might sound like a big name, but we are just a small shop in Cb 31 trying to be useful.
