Our workshop is located in the Mangol Puri Industrial Area, specifically Phase 2, T4/54. It’s a busy part of the city with trucks moving in and out all day long. The floor is usually covered in dust and metal scraps, no matter how much we sweep. We have a few machines running that make a lot of noise, so you have to talk loud to be heard. It's a practical space. We don’t have a fancy office with glass doors. Just a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone. Most of the guys have been working here for years. We know the neighbors in Phase-I and Phase-2 pretty well. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other. Tea breaks are when we all finally sit down for a minute. We get our supplies delivered by local tempos. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we have some big coolers that help. We make various parts and items based on what orders come in. It’s honest work. Nothing too complicated, just steady. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People find us because they know where T4/54 is. If there's a problem with a machine, we usually fix it ourselves. It's how things go in an industrial area like this. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out on time.
