Chopra Auto Centre

I work at Chopra Auto Centre which is located in Dwarka at Plot No- 13, specifically Shop No- 3 in Odian Plaza, Sector 10. The plaza is a busy place with a lot of people coming and going for different errands. Our shop is full of spare parts, engine oil cans, and various tools hanging on the walls. There is always a smell of grease and rubber in the air, which I don't even notice anymore after all these years. Customers come in looking for specific parts for their cars or scooters, and often they are in a hurry because their vehicle is broken down nearby. I spend a lot of time looking through thick catalogs to find the right part numbers because there are so many different models on the road now. The shop is a bit messy with boxes stacked in the corners, but I have my own system for finding things. The lights in the plaza can be a bit dim in the evenings, so we have a few extra lamps inside the shop to see the smaller components. It is a lot of standing on your feet and my boots are always covered in some kind of grime. We don't have any air conditioning, just a big pedestal fan that blows the hot air around during the summer months. Most of our day is spent talking to mechanics who know exactly what they need, so we don't have to explain much.
