If you are looking for us, we are over in Sector-16 of Rohini. Our office is at G4/214, right in the North West Delhi area. It is a pretty typical residential neighborhood, which actually suits us well. The Centre For Empowering Community Development And Research Foundation isn't some high-rise corporate entity. We are just a small team of people who occupy this ground floor space. Most of our day is spent looking at data or talking to people about how the local community is doing. It’s a bit of a mix of research and just being helpful neighbors. The office is usually full of papers and books, and maybe a few half-empty tea cups. We don’t have a professional cleaning crew or a fancy lobby. It is just a place where we get work done. People from around Rohini sometimes stop by to ask what we are working on. We try to keep things simple and explain our research in ways that actually make sense to regular people. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a quiet life here compared to the middle of the city, but there is always something to look into. We like being part of the North West Delhi community and just doing our bit to understand how things can be improved for everyone around here.
