Care Tell

Our place is at C-7/239 over on Lawrence Road in Keshavpuram. If you’ve ever been to this part of New Delhi, you’ll know it’s mostly industrial and gets quite crowded with trucks and tempos moving goods around. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit now, and while it’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and traffic, it’s alright once you’re inside Care Tell. We handle a lot of calls and communication stuff here. The office is pretty simple, with a bunch of partitions and headsets lying around everywhere. It can get quite loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but you get used to the hum of voices after a week or so. We don’t have a big cafeteria or anything, so we usually just bring our dabbas from home and eat together at our desks or go out to one of the small shops nearby if we want a change. Lawrence Road is a busy area, but there’s a certain rhythm to it that we’ve all grown to like. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city or anything like that. We just want to make sure we’re doing our bit correctly and getting through the pile of work we have each day. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening, and that’s basically what our days look like from Monday to Saturday every single week.
