We know most of them by their first names. Tri Nagar is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are just part of that life. We spend our hours checking entries and making sure the cash box matches the books at the end of the day. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and delivery carts. Sometimes it is hard to find a place to park a scooter nearby. We prefer it when people just walk over from their houses. We don't do any big promotions. We just stay open and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical setup and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. We are just a local office helping out the community with their savings in a very basic way every day.
