Bhatia Clinic

Our clinic, Bhatia Clinic, is located in Rohini. We are specifically in Pocket 23 of Sector 24. It’s a big area, but once you get into the pocket, it’s easier to find number 23. We have been operating here for a while. The neighborhood is mostly families. You see a lot of people out walking in the mornings and evenings. Our clinic is a simple ground floor space. It’s not very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting area for patients. The walls are mostly bare except for a few charts. It’s a very straightforward place. We don’t have a website or any big marketing stuff going on. People just know we are here. The sector is pretty well-planned, so parking isn't usually too bad compared to other parts of Delhi. We spend our days seeing whoever comes through the door. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk. Other days, everyone seems to come at once and it gets a bit hectic. We don’t mind either way. It’s just part of the routine. We like the local feel of Sector 24. It feels like everyone knows everyone else’s business a little bit. We try to keep things organized but it’s a bit of a manual process with the paper files. That’s just how we’ve always done it here.
