Bharat Insulations is based at number 55 in the Dsiidc Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you have ever been to Wazirpur, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There is always the sound of metal clanging or trucks reversing somewhere nearby. Our unit is just one of many in this row of industrial buildings. We don't have a fancy office upstairs; everything happens right there on the main floor. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs and marks. It’s an honest place. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations because that’s not what we are here for. We focus on the tasks at hand. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time, so we all know the drill. We start our shift and keep going until the job is done. The air can get a bit thick with dust, so we keep the big doors open as much as possible. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s where we get things made. There’s a guy who comes around on a cycle selling snacks in the afternoon, and everyone usually stops for five minutes to grab something. We don't have a formal meeting room; we just stand around the main table and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s just us doing our daily work.
