Bengal Jhatka Meat Shop & Chicken Corner

We are located right at Madhuban Chowk in the FD Market area of Pitampura. It's shop number one, so you usually see it first when you come into that section. The area is always loud with traffic and people shouting across the market. We have both meat and chicken here for whoever needs it. It gets really busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work and want to grab something for dinner. The space is small and we often have a few people waiting outside on the pavement. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together to keep things moving. It gets hot near the counters, especially in the middle of June. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the market stays pretty much the same. People come for the convenience of it being right near the chowk. We just do our work and go home. There isn't much to say about it other than we are a local spot for local people. We try to keep the knives sharp and the counters wiped down. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected if it’s a holiday. That's just how the meat business goes in a place like this. We don't have any fancy menus or posters. Just the daily prices written on a board. It's simple and it works for the folks who live around here.
