We are located in Rohini Sector 13, which is right up in the North West part of Delhi. Our office is inside the Printer Apartments, specifically House No. 315 in Block C-2. Being in an apartment complex means it’s much more secure and orderly than a typical street-side shop. We handle Aveen Imports and Exports from here. It’s a decent sized space where we’ve set up a few workstations. The view from the window is mostly of the internal park of the society, so we see kids playing in the evenings. It’s a far cry from the dusty main roads. We don’t really have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate next to the doorbell. Most of our work is done on the computer or over the phone, dealing with customs and shipping agents. We have a small corner for our printer—which is fitting given the name of the apartments—and it seems to be running non-stop most days. The staff here are just local folks who know their way around the import business. We like the quiet atmosphere here because it helps us focus on the details of the documents, which can get complicated. Sometimes the society meetings get a bit loud, but generally, it’s a very peaceful place to work. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people; we’re just a small, dedicated group working out of a residential block.
