Our center is at A/E- 164 in Shalimar Bagh. If you’re looking for us, we are right near the Prabhudayal Pub School. It’s a decent landmark for most people in this part of Delhi. We started this place because we saw a lot of people struggling with things they couldn't always explain to their friends or family. Mental health is a tricky thing, and we just provide a place where it can be talked about without any fuss. The building is pretty standard for Shalimar Bagh. We aren't trying to be some high-end clinic with marble floors. It’s just a practical space with some chairs and a desk. We deal with anxiety, mood swings, and the various things that keep people up at night. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but it’s mostly alright. We see neighbors and people from further away who heard about us. We don't have a grand philosophy or anything. We just open up in the morning and see who comes in. It’s honest work. We try to keep things simple for everyone. No one wants a complicated process when they are already feeling overwhelmed. We just sit down, listen, and try to help where we can. It’s just a local spot for anyone needing a bit of support with their mental well-being. That’s pretty much the whole story of us.
