Our place is over in Meer Vihar, specifically F-337 in Madanpuri. We are right opposite the Mangal Bazar, so it gets very crowded on market days. If you come by, you’ll see piles of cardboard boxes and rolls of tape everywhere. We are a small team and we do all the packing ourselves. It is hard work, especially when we have to carry heavy furniture down narrow stairs. We have a few old trucks that we keep running. Most of our day is spent wrapping things in old newspapers or bubble wrap so they don't break. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for lifting boxes. Sometimes we have to work late into the night to get a truck loaded for a long trip. Moving is stressful for people, so we just try to get things packed and moved without making a big deal out of it. We use a lot of markers to write on the boxes, but sometimes we still lose the pen. It is a simple business based on just showing up and doing the lifting. We have been in Madanpuri for a while now, and most of the locals know our trucks. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the shop. It is just a group of us working hard every day to move stuff around.
