Atalmal Harchandmal & Sons

Our place is at B-69 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on in the streets. Atalmal Harchandmal & Sons is a family name, and we try to keep that spirit in the way we work every day. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are narrow, but it works for us. We have been here for years, through all the changes in the neighborhood. You can hear the sound of hammers and machines from the units next door all day long. Inside our unit, it's mostly stacks of inventory and a couple of old fans that we keep running to beat the heat. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate talk. We just handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. The staff has been with us for a long time, so we are more like a small group of friends than just coworkers. When you come to Wazirpur, you know what to expect—lots of trucks, a bit of noise, and people working hard. We fit right in with that. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, but we just sit out front and wait it out. It is a straightforward business. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just take the orders, check the quality, and get the items out the door. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but we stick to the routine we’ve had for a long time. That's just our life here.
