Ashu Chicken Corner

Ashu Chicken Corner has been sitting here at Sector 59, Plot No 8, Part B for a while now. We are right by Jajru Mode, which is a spot most people around here know pretty well. It’s a bit of a dusty road sometimes, but that’s just how this part of the area is. We start getting things ready in the late afternoon when the air starts to cool down a bit. The smell of the cooking usually brings people in before we even put the sign out. We aren't a big chain or anything, just Ashu and a couple of others helping out. We focus on the chicken because that is what we know how to do. The plot we are on is not huge, but it's enough space for the stove and a few places for people to stand and eat. Sometimes we have a few chairs out if it’s not too crowded. People from the nearby offices and the workshops often stop by on their way home. We don't have a fancy menu with a hundred things on it. We just keep it to what we are good at. The Jajru Mode area gets pretty busy when the shifts change, so we have to be quick. It’s a lot of work over the fire, and it gets hot, but we don't mind it much. We just keep the focus on the food and let the rest take care of itself. It’s a simple business, and that’s how we like to keep things.
