Ashthi Parvha Foundation

Our foundation, Ashthi Parvha, is situated at Plot No. 1152, Kh. No. 97/3 in Utsav Vihar. This is out in Village Karala, in the North West part of Delhi. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which gives us a different perspective. We’ve got a bit more space here than we might in the crowded downtown areas. We started this because we saw things in the village and surrounding areas that needed attention. We aren't a huge team. It’s just a few of us who grew up around here or moved here years ago. We handle the foundation's work from this plot in Utsav Vihar. It’s mostly paperwork and meeting with people from the village. Some days we are out in the field, other days we are stuck at our desks. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have old chairs and desks that have seen better days. But it works for what we need. We focus on practical help. If a neighbor has a problem, we try to see if we can solve it or find someone who can. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just work steady and try to be reliable. Karala is a tight-knit place and we like being a part of it. It’s about doing what you can with the time you have. We just try to be useful to the people around us.
