We operate AS Hotels & Motels from House Number 74 in Sector 13, Rohini. It's part of the Kewal Kunj Apartments. It's basically a home-grown business. We handle hotel and motel stuff from here. My cousin and I started it because we knew the area and saw an opening. It’s relatively quiet in this part of Delhi compared to the city center. We spend most of our time talking to property managers or sorting out guest lists. The office is small. We have a few chairs and a table that wobbles a bit if you lean on it too hard. It’s not professional in that slick, polished way people expect. It’s just us. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or complain about parking, but usually, it's fine. We deal with bookings and the day-to-day running of things. Rohini is a good place for this kind of work. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the local shops. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it's just me answering the phone or typing out emails. The internet cuts out sometimes when it rains hard. That’s just how things are. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep things running. Our address is easy to find if you are in Sector 13. Just look for Kewal Kunj. We're usually there from morning until late evening.
