Our office is over in Netaji Subhash Place, inside the NDM 1 building. We are up on the sixth floor, specifically in rooms 603 and 605. It’s a busy spot in Pitampura with lots of other businesses around, so the elevators are always full in the morning. We focus on the import and export side of things. Most of the day is spent checking on orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. It can get pretty loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. We’ve been operating from this part of Delhi for a while. The metro station is nearby, so getting to work isn't too bad for the staff, though the evening rush can be a bit much. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the customs regulations. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be done carefully. We don't have a big corporate setup with fancy furniture. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon just to take a short break from the screens. We try to keep track of everything going in and out, which isn't always easy when things get delayed at the port. There are good days and some stressful ones, but we just deal with them. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep the business steady and our customers satisfied with what we send them.
