Agmeco Faucets Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Dsidc Industrial Park over in Narela. Our unit number is I 2248. If you’ve ever been to Narela, you know it’s a massive place filled with factories and warehouses. We fit right in with the rest of them. The building is mostly functional space where we handle all the faucet parts and assembly. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find carpets or artwork on the walls. It’s concrete floors and metal shelving for the most part. We spend our time checking orders and making sure the production line stays on track. It can get pretty noisy when the machines are all running at once, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have a big corporate office in the city center because we like being where the products are actually made. It’s a lot easier to manage things when you can just walk out onto the floor and see what’s happening. Our staff is local, and most of us have been working in this industrial park for years. We don’t bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows their job and gets on with it. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but it’s our workplace and we’re used to the rhythm of the industrial park. We just show up, do the manufacturing work, and go home to our families.
