Our office for Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd is located at 1164, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar in Delhi. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always people moving around outside. Inside, it’s mostly us sitting at our desks, talking on phones and trying to figure out the best way to move stuff across the country or overseas. It gets pretty hectic around mid-afternoon. We’ve got a lot of files and stacks of paper that seem to grow on their own. The building itself is older, but it works for what we need. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything. Usually, it’s just a lot of coordination between different warehouses and drivers. Being in Delhi-110009 means we are right in the middle of everything. The noise from the street is always there, but you stop noticing it after a while. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. It’s a straightforward business where we just focus on the logistics part of things. Sometimes the computers act up, and we have to wait for things to reload, which is frustrating. But mostly, it’s just steady work. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest. We just want to make sure the containers and packages we are responsible for actually get where they are supposed to go. It takes a lot of tracking and checking. There's always some form to fill out or a person to call.
