Agility Logistics India P Ltd is based over at 320, Sfs Flats in Ashok Vihar. We are in Phase IV, which is a pretty busy part of Delhi. The office itself is inside one of the flats, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate building at all. It’s more of a local workspace where we keep our files and take calls. We have been here for a good while, and most of the people working here live nearby. It gets a bit crowded during the day when everyone is trying to sort out shipping schedules. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things, basically moving stuff from one place to another. It sounds simple, but Delhi traffic makes it a whole thing. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times we are just sitting around waiting for a truck to confirm it arrived. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but it’s where we get the work done. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and try to make sure nothing gets lost or delayed too much. It's a lot of paperwork and talking to drivers who are stuck in traffic. That is just the way it goes in this business. We are just a group of regular folks in Ashok Vihar trying to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
