Leonia Holistic Destination

Our place is Leonia Holistic Destination, located way out in Ichapur Debitala. It is under the P.O-Nawabganj area, which is part of the 24 Parganas North district in West Bengal. The pincode is 743144 for anyone trying to mail us something. Honestly, it is quite a trek from the main heart of Kolkata, but that is sort of the point of being out here. It is a lot quieter than the city streets where the trams and buses are constantly honking. Here, the air feels a bit different. The address is quite a mouthful when you have to write it out on a form, especially with the district and the specific local names like Debitala. We’ve been at this location for some time now, and we are used to the pace of life in this part of the state. Most of the staff live nearby or travel in from the surrounding villages. It’s a real local vibe, nothing like the corporate towers you see in the newer parts of town. We just handle the daily tasks and make sure everything is running. Sometimes the roads get a bit bumpy after a heavy monsoon rain, which happens a lot in Bengal. You just learn to deal with it and keep going. We aren’t trying to be something we’re not. We are just here in Ichapur, doing our thing every day and keeping the place going as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
