You can find us on Airport Road, near the Dainik Sambad office in Natan Nagar. We’re operating out of Pradip Kumar Sarkar’s place. It’s a convenient spot because we are right near the main road, which makes it easy to get our trucks and materials moving. We do construction, so our days are mostly spent on sites around the city. The office is really just a place to store our files and meet up in the morning to decide who is going where. Building things here can be a challenge with the traffic and the weather, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a massive company with thousands of workers. It’s a smaller crew of people who actually know how to build a wall and lay a foundation properly. We don’t do big fancy presentations or use expensive marketing. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we’ve built in the neighborhood. Sometimes we run into problems with supplies or the rain stops us for a few days, but that’s just life in the construction business. We just try to be honest about how long a job will take and what it’s going to cost. It’s a basic way of working, but it’s kept us busy so far. We just like building things that stay standing and making sure the work is solid before we head home for the night.
