Harsh Eng. Works

We are right here on Atkot Road, just across from the G.I.D.C. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the traffic and the machines running, but that is just how it is around here. Harsh Eng. Works has been in this spot for a while now. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. Working with our hands takes up most of our time, fixing things and getting the metal work done. There is always a layer of dust on the tables, and the smell of oil is something you just get used to after the first week. A fancy office isn't something we have here. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes people stop by just to chat or ask for a bit of help with a small job. We have our tea together in the afternoon when the shade finally hits the front door. The G.I.D.C. across the way is always busy, so there is never really a quiet moment until the sun goes down. It is hard work, and your hands get dirty every single day, but it feels good to see something finished at the end of the shift. Doing what needs doing and keeping the machines running right is the main thing. That is pretty much the whole story of this place on Atkot Road.
