Ziggy Flourdust Llp

We are over in St. Michael Waddo in Anjuna at house number 786/3. Most people around here just know us as Ziggy Flourdust LLP. We spend most of our time working with flour and doing various baking tasks. It is honestly quite messy work. You usually end up with white dust all over your clothes by the end of the day. The heat in North Goa can be a bit much when the ovens are running, but we have mostly gotten used to it by now. We aren't some big industrial bakery with machines doing everything. It is just a small team of us working here. We usually start very early in the morning when it is still a bit cool outside. Anjuna is a busy place for tourists, but our little corner in the waddo stays fairly calm most of the time. We don't have a marketing plan or any fancy brochures. We just make what we make. If you are walking down the road, you might smell the bread or whatever else is in the oven. We have been at this location for a while and it’s a simple setup. We don't spend much on decor or making the place look pretty. We just focus on the actual baking. Some days the deliveries are late and it throws the whole schedule off, but that is just how it goes. We like being in this part of Goa.
