TURBAL AND PARTNERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in S-1, at Damodar Apts. We are also in the Ansabhat area of Mapusa. Being in an apartment building makes the office feel a bit more private and quiet than being right on a main street. It’s a standard flat that we’ve converted into a working space. We use the main room for most of our desks, and the smaller rooms are where we store our records and supplies. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. The balcony has some old crates on it, and we sometimes stand out there for a bit of fresh air. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy office supplies up can be a challenge. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors are used to us being here. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have any flashy furniture or modern decor. It’s just plain desks and those standard blue chairs you see everywhere. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows, so we have to keep the curtains drawn most of the time. It’s a steady place to work. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. There isn't much more to it than that, just a regular group of people working in a regular apartment in Mapusa, trying to stay on top of the paperwork.
