You can find us at Rainbow House, 66/2, in Mainath Bhatti, Arpora. It’s a bit of a distinctive name for a house, but it makes it easier for people to find us. Arpora is always changing, but we’ve stayed put here. We spend our time making pies, which is a bit of a niche thing around here. The kitchen is small but it gets the job done. There’s usually flour on the floor and the smell of pastry in the air. We aren't some big bakery chain with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who really like what we do. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a marketing strategy. We just write the daily specials on a chalkboard and hope people like them. Sometimes the oven acts up or we run out of a specific ingredient, but that’s just life in a small kitchen. The road outside can get quite busy with tourists during the season, but Mainath Bhatti stays relatively calm. We like the local vibe here and the people who stop by for a chat while they wait. We don’t use any fancy language to describe our food. It’s just pie. We try to make it well and keep things straightforward. If you’re ever in Arpora, you can’t miss the Rainbow House. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where we work hard and try to stay happy with what we produce.
