Tata Motors Ltd

Bicholim is a bit different from the tourist parts of Goa. We are in Antil Peth at Shetye Appartments, specifically Flat No: 5. It’s a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done for Tata Motors Ltd. The apartment is on an upper floor, so we get a decent view of the trees around the neighborhood. It’s not a big corporate office with a glass front. Instead, it’s just a regular living space that we turned into a workspace. We have some files stacked up in the corner and a few desks pushed against the walls. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Sometimes we hear the local kids playing outside or someone's radio through the walls. We do a lot of our coordination from here. It's mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure everything is where it should be. The humidity in Goa can be tough on the paperwork, so we have to keep things sealed up well. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is easy, usually just a short ride on a scooter. We don't have any big meetings or anything, just the usual daily grind. It's a modest setup but it serves its purpose for what we need to do in this part of the state. We’ve been here a while and the landlord is a nice guy who lets us be. It’s a peaceful spot to work without too much noise from the main road.
