Supreme Ice Cream

Our place is over in Tisk Usgao, right near the Goshala Ashram. It is a decent spot, a bit away from the main rush but easy enough to get to if you know the area. Supreme Ice Cream is basically a small operation run by a few of us who live nearby. We do not have a big corporate office or a lot of employees wearing suits. It is mostly just boots on the ground, making sure the cooling systems are working. The area around the Ashram is usually peaceful, which we really appreciate. We spend a lot of time just keeping things tidy and making sure the stock is rotated. It is a local business, through and through. We don’t do much advertising because the people who live around Usgao already know where we are. Dealing with the humidity here can be a struggle for the equipment, so we are always fixing something or checking the seals on the doors. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We like being part of the community here. If someone needs a large order for a local event, they just come by and talk to us. We do not have complicated forms or long wait times. We just write it down and get it ready. It is a honest way to earn a living, and we have been doing it this way for quite some time now without much fuss.
