Scepts Llp

Scepts Llp is based out of Flat No S1 in Models Villa Serene. It is a landmark in the area, so it is usually not too hard for people to find us once they get to the right street. We chose a flat for our office because it feels more comfortable than a cold office building. It has a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a balcony where we sometimes stand just to get some air. We do a lot of our work on laptops, so we can pretty much sit anywhere. The vibe here is very casual. We don't wear suits or have scheduled meetings that last for hours for no reason. We just talk about what needs to get done today and then we do it. Being an LLP means we handle our own stuff and help others with their business needs too. Some people might find it strange to go to a villa for a business meeting, but it works for us. It keeps the overhead low and the mood relaxed. We have some bookshelves that are mostly filled with old technical manuals and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. It is a human space. We are just a small team trying to make a living and do a good job for the people who hire us. There is no corporate ladder here, just people at their desks trying to figure out the next step for a project.
