We work out of Febby Jhonson Villa. It is a bit of a trek for some people to find us, but it is where we have been set up for a while. Pune is a big place and we cover a fair bit of the surrounding area when we have to. We do mostly housing stuff for families. Not the big glass office buildings, just regular homes for regular people who need a place to stay. The team we have is small. I have known most of the guys for many years now. We started off just doing small repairs and then slowly moved into full house builds. It is dusty and noisy work, and my boots are almost always covered in dried mud. But that is just how the trade goes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to handle the image. Most people just find us through word of mouth from someone else we worked for. Sometimes the site is a bit of a mess during the day, but we always try to clean up the big stuff before we leave for the evening. Maharashtra weather can be really tough on our schedule, especially when the monsoon hits hard and everything turns to slush. We just wait it out and get back to it when the sun comes out. We use the materials that are available at the local yard nearby. It keeps things moving along. If you need a wall fixed or a new room added, that is exactly what we do. It is straightforward work. No big speeches about excellence, just putting one brick on top of another.
