It is a busy part of town, which is good because we see a lot of what's happening on the streets. Our setup is pretty basic. We don't have a bunch of fancy brochures or a high-tech showroom. It is just a place where we sit down, look at maps, and go through property listings. M.G. Road always has something going on, so it feels like we are in the middle of everything. We handle the usual real estate stuff—buying, selling, and all the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. If a deal isn't good, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to know the history of some of these buildings. That helps when people ask questions. It’s just us working out of the hotel space, keeping track of who is selling what. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk about houses and land the way anyone else would. It's a job we know how to do and we enjoy the daily hustle.
