Redington India Ltd has a location in Goa, specifically at House Number 298 in Modlo Vaddo, Siridao. This is in the Tiswadi area, and it is a very different pace than our offices in the big cities. The building is an old house that we’ve repurposed for our work. It has that local Goa feel, with the red tiles and the greenery around. We handle the distribution for this region, which means a lot of driving around the narrow lanes and making sure local shops get what they need. The team here is small and we all know each other well. It isn’t the kind of place where people wear suits. We dress for the weather and focus on the tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out after a heavy rain, but we are used to it and we always find a way to stay on track. We don't do any big marketing or try to sound like a multinational. We are just a local hub for a larger company. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and talking to the delivery guys. It’s a quiet, honest way of working. We appreciate the slower pace here, but we still make sure the work is done properly. It feels like a real part of the village, and that is exactly how we like it. We are just regular people doing a job in a beautiful place. It works for us.
