Oldgoa Oils And Foods Private Limited is based out of office number 114 in Patto, Panaji. We have been here for a while now, focusing on traditional oils and food items. The office is right in the heart of North Goa’s commercial center. It is a small space, but it is enough for what we need. We handle all the procurement and the sales from this desk. Most of our products are things that people have been using in their kitchens for generations. We try to keep things as close to the traditional ways as possible. My partner and I spend a lot of time visiting suppliers to check on the quality of the seeds and the pressing process. We aren't interested in being a huge national brand. We just like providing good, honest food and oil to the local community. The office often smells like coconut or spices because we keep samples on the shelves. It is a very simple operation. We don’t have a human resources department or a marketing team. We just answer the phones ourselves and talk to the people who buy from us. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, but it is satisfying to see the products on the shelves in the local shops. We just focus on keeping the quality consistent and making sure we don't run out of stock during the busy tourist season in Panjim.
